Introduction: I care about my clients and work personally with them to manage the entire insurance claim process. My approach is to be honest and fair, unlike "aggressive" lawyers who push cases to litigation unnecessarily. I always give my clients my cell phone number, and I make myself available to answer their questions. I have the experience and professional skills to handle your case. I have been practicing law for over 10 years. I serve on Arizona State Bar's Board of Governors, and have been recognized by Arizona's Finest Lawyers, Southwest Super Lawyers, and Martindale-Hubble. Before going into practice, I worked for the Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals. One of the things I'm most proud of is my pro bono project, Arizona Legal Aid, which has allowed me to help thousands of people in Arizona get legal assistance. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you and your family through the insurance claim process. I like working with good people to get great results. Insurance claims are confusing, and insurance companies play all sorts of games to minimize or deny claims. Recovering from an injury is not fun. Having to deal with bills, adjusters, and doctors can be overwhelming. My job is to make sure you understand what's going on and why. You will be kept informed all the way through the process, and you will always be able to call me with any questions or concerns. In most cases, going to litigation is not the best option for you (even if it might be better for your attorney). I always do what's in my client's best interest, not mine.
