- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a contingency fee basis, which means you do not pay for my time unless and until you receive money for your claims. My contingency rates range from 25% to 33% depending on the complexity of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to discuss your case and give you a chance to get to know me. During our initial meeting, I will walk you through the entire claim process to help you understand what to expect and answer any questions you may have. I will then propose a detailed plan of action and time frame to get the process moving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am one of the youngest members of the Arizona State Bar's Board of Governors and have served as the chair of the Technology Committee and Diversity Committee. I have spoken at various legal seminars on a wide range of legal topics. A few years ago I started Legal Aid of Arizona as a pro bono project designed to help people who cannot afford an attorney.
