- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remember when searching for a professional you are paying for MY experience and knowledge. I have many years experience and will not be insulted with “lowball” pricing. I’m flexible and fair with my pricing. I never want the customer to have sticker shock. I accept cash or credit. I want the customer to be satisfied with the work, quality is important. I offer discounts to educators, first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure customers understand options and prices, giving choices and letting them decide. I want the customer to call me back to do more work in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year apprenticeship with 28 yrs working.
