- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At It Is Finished Home Repair & Remodel we take pride in building relationships with our customers. Our typical process is to first meet the home owner and discuss the remodel or repairs they are interested in having done. We then discuss options to address individual preferences and overall cost saving ideas. Once we are hired we arrange the repairs or remodeling around our clients schedule. So we can best suit thier needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years combined in the construction, remodeling and historical restoration fields.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always advise our customers to get multiple estimates. We also encourage customers to talk with other contractors to get a sense of who they would be working with and who they can trust. Prior to starting It Is Finished Home Repair and Remodel LLC, I worked for the Pima County Sheriff's Dept for 10 yrs and I have seen a lot of fraud. When my family and I decided to leave the Dept, and start our business we wanted to build a company that would instill trust and confidence in the home owner.
