- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different so they present a problem so depends on the costumer if they want to pay by the hour or pay by the job and 90%of the time it's by the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I get a call from the customer telling me what there problem is then if I think I can help or do the job we set up an appointment so I can see the job in person after I have looked at it I figure out a price tell the costumer the price if they feel it's a fair price work will usually start the following day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well for the last 11 years I had been working with my friend jack under his company name but I needed to start making more money so I wanted to start my own company where I was my own boss so that's what I have done which brings me to this present day now I am just tryn to find my own customers
