Introduction: We specialize in Contemporary Architectural Design, both new construction and remodeling. We believe in combining the pragmatism of budget, program, schedule, site, & climate with a creative attitude. We like to think of our design as bringing a little magic into your home and everyday living. We have over 35 years of experience in residential design & construction from new homes to additions & improvements. We are currently architecturally licensed in AZ & CA. We begin each project WITHOUT preconceived ideas. Much of the excitement we get from our projects is assisting our clients in identifying & developing their unique dreams into architectural ideas. We then turn these into 3-dimensional reality. We believe that the quality of your home environment contributes directly to the quality of your enjoyment of life. One of the best compliments we've received was one client mentioned that when he took his vacation time, he felt no desire to leave his home to enjoy that vacation.

No standard pricing system as each project is unique to the client. We can work on an hourly basis until scope of project is defined & detailed. Smaller projects we can build.

Meet the Client, investigate the project site, review Client goals (needs, dreams, budget, schedule, etc), develop a program, create preliminary design & cost, develop the design & update cost, create construction documents, bid or verify cost, construction.
