witnessing clients experience post yoga bliss and go about their day spreading the peace they felt from class is a very humbling experience. I also love seeing the progression of the mind-body-spirit with time and watch clients develop a deeper sense of freedom and love for themselves. It's a really nice feeling.

From the moment I met Suzy I knew she would be a fabulous yoga teacher. She is incredibly skilled with her knowledge of bodywork, yoga and nutrition. She has the ability to make her students feel at ease, whether a beginner or experienced yogi. Suzy intuitively knows what works for each student utilizing props and GREAT adjustments. I feel so much better the three days a week I practice with her. She is knowledgeable, funny and very kind.
It is a great pleasure to highly recommend her.
