- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer popular flat rate packages that come with great value for portrait sessions and weddings. We do also create custom hourly rates depending on your event or needs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an email an/or phone consultation. We use a very user friendly client platform that allows you to choose your coverage options and request specific details. After answering your questions, we will send over a customized proposal that will allow you to manage your payment schedule and booking. Very easy! We offer in person consultations for events, and love planning all of the details of your portrait session or event every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience and passion. We have photographed hundreds of beautiful families, couples, baby bumps, ceremonies, parties, events, even celebrities! We have covered numerous weddings, Bat Mitzvahs, showers, corporate events, even Super Bowl! On top of that we have attended workshops, classes, and spent thousands of hours perfecting our editing and post process. Paired with top of the line equipment, we provide incredible quality both in images and client experience.
