I am a sport psychologist and trainer working out of the same gym as Herculean Elite Performance. I trust her so much that while I was out nursing an injury, I turned my clients over to her. She has proven herself through her excellence, commitment and quality of work on the highest level in a consistent manner. Every client she takes on receives the benefits of her expertise in proper lifting form and caters each workout according to the needs of her clients. It is not a one size fits all approach, rather an attack towards each persons' specific goals. She is a one stop trainer, providing detail and a whole body approach. My sessions have been great. I feel as though they are catered to my personal fitness needs. My trainer has patience and works with me to achieve proper for, so that I'm target the muscles intended. Very professional and easy to work with, I definitely recommend Herculean!

When I think of Herculean Elite Performance I think of a catalyst, a catalyst for change in my life. One of the most knowledgeable well rounded trainers out there. I have learned so much from form to how to mentally prepare myself to be successful through time, consistency and effort. The experience is well rounded and complete. Whether you have a show to prepare for or 100 pounds to loose I highly recommend Herculean Elite Performance.
