Introduction: Well versed in working with CrossFit athletes as I have been one myself for the last 5 years. I utilize a process called Neural Reset Therapy that is still cutting edge to the field especially in the Phoenix valley. Using simple actions and varied stimuli we can reset muscles back to normal tone effortlessly, quickly and painlessly. Many of the same benefits from traditional work are achieved at a much faster rate. Additionally, I am also certified in the use of FAT-Tool for Fascial mobilization and also the use of Dynamic Tape (DT). DT is the next evolution in taping. It is a biomechanical tape that can change how you move while also allowing for edema management. Almost every client (barring significant injuries, perpetuating factors, etc) reports immediate and last relief following just a single session. Of course routine maintenance is still important so scheduling regular work is essential for a healthy lifestyle.

I thought that limited mobility and shoulder stiffness were my new normal with getting older. Massage and anti-inflammatory drugs gave temporary relief but no real progress. Neural Reset Therapy gives immediate relief that seems inexplicable. It seemes too simple to work, but it does. Richard is adept at reading where pain is originating and getting to the root cause. I would recommend Richard in a heartbeat to anyone experiencing chronic or acute pain or decreased mobility. It is non-invasive, effective, and costs about the same as a massage but actually works. Give it a try!
