- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Optima Office support is billed by the hour in 15 minute increments. Cost per hour depends on the level of expertise needed for the work to be done. Optima Office philosophy is to push tasks down to the lowest capable level for cost-efficiency. (Example: Controller level accountants push bookkeeping down to Bookkeeper level staff)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Optima Office will provide a 'discovery' meeting. This will enable us to learn how best your business can be supported, determine immediate needs and longer term needs, and answer questions you have about how we help our customers. You will then be provided with a 'proposal' detailing our interpretation of your needs and the weekly or monthly costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Optima Office staff have a variety of credentials, education, skills, and experience depending on their level of expertise in the Accounting/Finance or HR field.
