- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate. I do sell multiple hour bundles at a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, my client and I will work together on the most pressing issue of their situation. I usually ask during the first meeting "Is there anything about your finances that keeps you up at night?" I want my clients to feel at peace with their finances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching friends and family for awhile. When I figured out that this was more than a habit and it was my passion, I attended and completed Ramsey Solutions Financial Coach Master Training.
