- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing shown is our standard pricing. This includes set up, run of show, phone consult, tailored music to fit your event, games & break down. Some fee's may not be included: such as out of town travel costs, meet & great (in person) ahead of event, and if there is a special music mixing that is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new clients: 1. We like to discuss with our customers any special requests such as specific music genre, any specific songs wanted, & games, theme of event etc. 2. Once we have established the needs of our new client, we send an invoice to the client, then the client's read over the invoice and pay a 25% deposit to hold our services for the date requested. 3. Have fun at the Event!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in the music industry for over 20 years. We have experience in theater, Instrument training, professional dance & Karaoke hosts. Plus, college education in the Performing Arts!
