All fees and prices should be discussed and agreed upon upfront so there are no surprises after the job is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I listen to what the customer would like to accomplish. Next, I get to work! I feel being on the same page as the customer is one of the most important things to consider in order to get the job done right, the first time.
