- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should understand the difference between estimates & quotes. An estimate provides an approximate cost while a quote is a firm price. We’ll always provide a detailed breakdown of costs to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I find it best to have an initial consultation. This helps to asses the scope of work and gather all necessary information. From there I can put together a quote and send over to the client for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands on experience in building maintenance. I have certifications in Facilities Management, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and many more.
