Check those reviews! Make sure you hear good things about who you are trying to hire. We are a small business and can't afford to give bad service.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most issues we deal with are virus related issues. But there are plenty of things that the average computer user could learn from a professional. Sit down, watch, learn as the engineer works on your computer. Many of the issues that happen are things you can learn and better take care of your computer in the future. Ask questions and learn while they are there!
