- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them and talk about what they like and dislike. I like to see where I will be working and see if all equipment is provided and what I need to bring. We can discuss pricing and what is expected of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years experience in the field. I have worked in fine dining establishments and have experience with American, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, and seafood cuisines.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in college and worked at don Pablo's as a hostess. I ended up in the kitchen helping one day and never looked back.
