- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing totally depends on the type and size of work needed, we are always fair and usually negotiable. Some jobs may be hourly pay while most are usually a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we'll discuss info about the project on thumbtack, pictures are usually helpful, then we'll send an estimate or if needed come out in person to give a price estimate, we are usually negotiable and well-priced compared to others, we truly care about customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 5 years of experience working doing this type of work, and our workers are college-educated as well.
