- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be based on an hourly rate, if work will be ongoing. Or it can be a flat fee for a one-time project. I am open to working on a retainer basis, also,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a 'get to know you' session before we dive into the project. This includes getting to know your business, your passion, how your business is operating and what goals would you like to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science Degree from Carlow University in Business Management Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Duquesne University. Over 15 years of Marketing experience in all aspects; content development, research, branding, social media, advertising and analytics.
