This bootcamp is a hardcore full body workout which I love. Sylvia is awesome and pushes us to our fullest potential and makes us work from start to finish. I hate when I miss, but even when I miss she sends us workouts to do at home!

I have been apart of many workout groups/gyms over the years but none compares to Fab&Fit Fitness!! Sylvia Smith, Fab & Fit's coach genuinely cares about the women and community she serves!! At Fab & Fit you will get a workout that fits your fitness level and healthy eating tips, as well as challenges. Once you meet Sylvia and the ladies (men are welcome) at Fab & Fit you will wonder what took you so long to join!!!

Buffy is a fitness trainer since she has been teaching the boot camp classes my body looks delicious. I have dropped weight I have muscles and most of all I feel great!

I LOVE training with Sylvia! Each workout is different while being challenging and motivating at the same time. She always promotes quality over quantity and makes sure you have the correct form. Sylvia will help you in any way that she can. She also promotes healthy eating but encourages treating yourself too. If you have a setback she will encourage you to learn from it and move on. Do not beat yourself up but recognize there is always tomorrow to get back on track. It is well worth your time to train with Sylvia!!
