- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is primarily based on a per person rate. Quotes are subject to change depending upon added customer request, needs, and menu selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a submitted request, a staff member will respond with a quote based on information submitted. If customer would like to continue, we would reach out to request additional event and menu specifics and proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
