- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 30 minute session. My fee is $60 per session. There are discounted packages available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always about you. What is your intention? What would you like to achieve, do, know or have? Getting very clear about that. Sometimes we have a very vague idea of what we want. You can't achieve anything from that place. I help you to define your goals and what you really want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a class through a certified coaching academy. During this time there was lots of training and practice. I had a mentor and went through the process of being coached as well. It was a wonderful experience. At the end of the class I had to pass a test for certification. I am always learning and growing - signing up for other courses and classes.
