- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. One may be a longer project that will be hourly, others tend to be an installation or more technical but shorter in time, that would be a set price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By phone we coordinate the work to be completed, schedule a time to begin and what materials that may be needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of on-the-job training with a skilled craftsman and general contractor (Whom is able to design and build an entire home with some laborers.) Electronics maintenance, repair, and operation training in the Marine Corps. Numerous technical classes regarding radio wave propogation, digital logic, basic electronics, wiring and safety.
