I had a scheduled appointment. Rob called and cancelled due to a family emergency and rescheduled for Saturday. He cancelled that appointment the next due to the family issue that had arose the day before while en-route to my home. We rescheduled for Friday of the following week. No reminder call and no show. I have to find another handyman.
