- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Again, we try to keep our pricing as fair and flexible as possible. However if you book us for anything and give us a referral for another guests who books we will provide you with a 25$ gift card as a thank you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing in depth what aspects of their event they want to remain in control of and what tasks they’d like to let us take care of for them. We talk about budget, menus and staffing along with our different services like clean up or decoration that we can also provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both RAMP certified, one a registered food safety manager and CPR certified.
