- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. Most projects are done as a bid that includes material cost and labor just like my father has always done. I do not price per square foot simply because it is usually less expensive to offer a total bid for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet each client before giving a professional quote. I like to view each project, find out the clients exact needs, walk them through the project explaining how things will flow, and show them how I will turn their project from concept to reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I , myself, have been working on homes for over thirty years. I was trained by my father, a licensed professional contractor, and took over the business after he passed.
