- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to get $35 an hour for a typical service project. We have free quotes and can assist in helping our customers determine their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We certainly want to make sure we can meet your needs as soon as possible. We understand money is tight and projects sometimes are rushed and have tight budgets. We always caution that high quality products make the job easier and far more rewarding for years to come. Quality material plus expert installation often supersedes price. Buyer beware of a contractor that has the lowest price. "Good help isn't cheap and cheap help may turn out to not be as good.
