- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price the jobs by the hour and if their is any travel. I discuss this before the job and clear it with the customer. If there are any invitations or prints that need to be made, I will go print them but the customer will pay for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk about the job with the customer and make sure they feel comfortable with me. I am as flexible as possible and I want them to be happy. We will talk about the photos, then location, then price. Afterwards, we make a plan to meet and then take the photos. We will proceed to check that everything is agreed upon, and discuss when I will have the pictures and or prints prepared for them. I keep in contact and keep my clients happy .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken photography classes, worked for a University yearbook and worked along side many other professionals in this field. I love to learn and I keep asking questions and learning new tricks.
