- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Pricing is dependent on the type and extent of of the damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because the extent of damage is different for each job, we travel to the customer's site to review to work and provide a fair and accurate estimate. We DO NOT charge for estimates. We also take time to explain the work that will be done to the customer and ensure that the customer is kept informed of the status throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
