What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discount projects with Thumbtack Our normal business rates are below $125/hr $90/hr - thumbtack special rates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting up a discovery call. We provide documents to help our clients with initial stages of design (i.e. Logo, Creative Brief & R.O.A.M. documents) Then we brainstorm internally and provide various options for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40+ years combined of marketing and advertising agency experience combined between our executive team.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was asked to come work for an advertising agency in business development and analytics. I started my own company a few years later. My team consist of four designers, one director of communications, one digital designer, one web developer, one digital media strategist, one social media manager and one account manager. My personal area of focus is in sales and client relations.

Every type including a large focus in Automotive, Financial, Healthcare, Restaurants, Entertainment
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
All of them. We start on average 5 projects per week.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire professionals! You get what you pay for. A great logo cannot be accomplished and accompanied with proper guidelines for under $400. Always have the end in mind. Build everything from the ground up never skipping stages because you will end up paying for the mistakes. This goes with designing, lead generation and everything in between.
