FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing. Each job is evaluated based on the complexity and materials required or requested. Specific price quotes are issued after each job is assessed by our team of professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review the project and determine if a claim is warranted. We then assist in the filing of a claim and meet the adjuster to make sure the scope of work is correctly documented. We then work with the insurance company or adjuster to make sure the claim is correctly paid. If you have already filed a claim or received a settlement we will review the settlement and help you supplement the claim if necessary. Once the claim is settled properly we will complete the work in a timely fashion and to your specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several licensed Texas insurance adjusters on our staff. One owner has a risk management and computer science degree from UNT. The other owner has a framing and construction background for 35+ years.
