Introduction: At Kung Fu USA N Texas we teach Eight Step Preying Mantis Kung Fu, you will learn throws, takedowns, knees, kicks, elbows, punches, and palm strikes, Joint locks and trapping skills as well. The practitioner develops the Spirit, Mind, and Physical body to achieve whatever the goal may be, increased strength, flexibility, weight loss, self defense, better posture and balance, improve deep breathing with Chi-Kung and Tai Chi...the uniqueness of 8Step is how we train and the structure of building! My gift is Teaching, I love to Teach Kung Fu, and the art of Mantis is hard work, yet simple to master through practice, very rigorous with its body conditioning so its a challenge, I enjoy working out and training people. I love to see people Learn through physical training and change!
