- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with every client before every service. Clients that have been with me 15 years still get a wonderful consultation regarding their hair, any changes they'd like to make, and health of their hair. It's very important to me that my clients and I are on the same page with hair goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and received my license through Toni and Guy Academy 15 years ago. I became an educator for them before leaving to go on my own.
