- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have market competitive prices, and work with credit. Because each project is unique, the price per project is variable, and can be better established through an estimate. We offer discounted prices that are applicable to out of season projects. We provide free estimates for change of equipments and units. Estimates created for maintenance and repairs have a price of $120.00. However, if hired, this is later on discounted from the total price of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by trying to communicate with our customers in the most effective way for them; whether it’s via email, phone, text messages, or in person. After getting a clear understanding of their project and necessities we like to work with their schedule to set appointments for estimates or inspections. If hired after providing the estimate, we work with our customers to create an schedule that works for them to develop their project in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Lindsey Cooper Refrigeration School yo obtain certifications in: A/C, refrigeration, and electricity.
