- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $49 per hour at your location. I charge as soon as I get to your location. There are no travel charges. Work that is brought to my tech garage has a small flat rate according to job performed. We offer Free Diagnostics at your location!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer same day service. We offer a guarantee or your money back. If we don't resolve the issue there is no charge. We offer Free Diagnostics!! I accept all forms of payment. I do expect to get paid upon completion of work the same day. We will go over your computer when I am finished with the job, if you are not satisfied you don't have to pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Mike and I am the lead technician. I have three certifications. I went to a tech school specifically for computer repair. I am A+ certified, Net+ certified, and I am a Microsoft certified administrater. I have been a tech working in the field since 2003, and I service both home user, and small business.
