- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each notarization is different. My fee is based on the type of notarization and the distance I have to travel, as well as the time of day. My rates are very reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with them on the phone first so that I can be sure they understand what is required for their notarization. Discuss a reasonable fee, and meeting time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with National Notary Association and Notary2Pro, both very well recognized as providing exceptional training.
