Julian did a fantastic job refining our engineered floors. The old floors we very dark and scratched. Thwme veneer was very thin but they we still able to do a full sanding and refinished. Now they look like new for 40 % of a new floor

Julian was great, he took pictures along the way and showed us the progress. The floors look amazing. He had to do some extra work and extra coats which did bring up the cost so it was a little more than we planned to pay but worth it for the good work. He also came back and helped US pint the stairs and railings when we had hired a bad painter and they did a great job.

Our floors are engineered hardwood...Brazilian cherry, dark with many scratches and water damage in the kichen. Others told us it was not possible to refinish them, but Julian said he could do it. He was right! They are beautiful...scratches gone and no sign of water damage. We highly recommend Julian and his company A1 Premier Flooring.
