- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Picture Framing & Art Gallery, we use the latest tools and technology related to our field. We have a dedicated point of sale software system that enables us to consistently and accurately price our jobs. We can also recall any previous job information for a client to repeat what they had done prior. Art installation and photo restoration is priced per job and hourly, so is very straightforward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with our client regarding their specific needs. Whether it is for art installation, photo restoration, or custom framing, an assessment of a client's needs is our top priority. Once we have a plan in place, we work with the client to proceed with the work that needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business partner and I have over 40 years combined experience in custom framing, fine art, and photography related fields. We have worked for other businesses through the years and decided to join forces and do things the best way we know to produce the highest quality work for reasonable prices.
