- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not believe in charging by the hour so we charge by the job. We do this because we feel that your whole home should be cleaned to perfection on every visit and not limited to a time. This ensures your money is being spent on quality work! Although we do not charge by the hour, we still want to be sure our timing is fair with our pricing. Therefore, we reevaluate prices after 3 visits to be sure we are being fair to you as far as our timing in your home. The reason for an initial service fee is due to the length of time it takes to clean on the first visit as opposed to a regular visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you request a quote, I make sure I send a very thorough quote that explains each price and includes a checklist so that you know exactly what you are paying for. Other details such as reviews, photos and info about our company are located in our profile. Once you receive and review quote and choose to hire us, we will reach out to you immediately to either set up and in house meet and greet or set you into the schedule for your initial service visit. I am always available to take texts, calls and email to answer any further questions not covered in quote. After we have come for your initial service, the rest is history and I guarantee you won't need to look any further for your house cleaning needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in house cleaning as well as 6 years experience in owning a house cleaning business. I am English speaking and have a high school diploma.
