- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide a standard pricing but people tend to want to change a few items to their specifications. That is why I recommend the client to sit down with the planner and discuss what they are looking for and come up with a pricing customized to their needs. Then there won't be any surprises in the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in providing customized services. In this day and age, everything is produced on a big box industry scale. Well, your special day should be personal to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a freelance party planner, caterer, and dessert designer for over five years. I recently decided to pursue a career in it.
