This was my 1st time hiring cleaning service based on a website only and no referrals, I took a chance & so happy I found Elite Services. They got back to me right away, the pricing was reasonable, I had 1 cleaning lady & she was FANTASTIC!! She took her time, was very friendly & excellent at cleaning my house. I would call this company again in the future for future cleanings. Would definitely recommend them to others in need. It was worth it. Thank you Elite Services! I appreciate your help.

I was very happy with this company until my regular lady left the state. After 2 weeks of not providing service they were not able to pick up the slack. They could not cover a 2 hr cleaning service. I was left hanging for 2 days. Even the manager said she would come herself and never happened. By the end of the day all I received was a courtesy text apologizing. It is truly a shame.

I asked for a deep clean due to the fact it was a recent eviction of a horrible tenant and paid extra for it and it was far from deep and many areas such dusting and shower were still dirty. I don’t recommend this company at ALL.

Our company goes by the policy where the client is always right so I am sorry you were not satisfied but I was not aware. If you would’ve called me on the day I would’ve sent out another team to fix whatever was not the way you liked. But due to the fact it was a week ago I don’t know how to respond to such review .
