FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is in two parts. The first is Fees. The second is Expenses. Finally, there is my Fee Satisfaction Guarantee. FEES: Fees are flexible and are largely client-budget driven, subject to Speaker availability. Dr. McAllister is committed to serve at your event, even if your budget is below his minimum fee level, on condition that he is available. EXPENSES: Expenses include ground and/or air transportation, accommodation on location, and any pre-arranged agreed expenses directly related to the presentation. VIDEO RECORDING: All presentations are required to be videotaped by the Client for the Speaker's analytical and promotional use and will be made available to the Client for controlled use. With today's readily available recording technology in higher-end phones, there should be no need for the Client to retain the services of a professional Videographer. Two video recording devices are required. One remains on the speaker and the other remains on the audience. Tripods or camera stands must be used to guarantee image stability. FEE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: My Ph.D. discipline is Human Relations with a major in Consumer/Provider Relations. My related ground-breaking, published thesis is, “Winning the War? A Consumer’s Guide to Survival in a Free Market Economy”. As one of the world’s leading Consumer Advocates, I teach consumers that one of the most important considerations in any purchase decision is the “guarantee”, which is expressed through the “warranty”. If, after setting the expectations of what the Client should expect from me in the context of the needs and requirements of the Client, if I fail to deliver as warranted, then I waive my right to the Fee, either partially or totally. My Fee Satisfaction Guarantee is exceptionally valuable for my first service delivery to the Client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the Client provides me with detailed background information on his/her corporate entity, college, church or other group of participants. This includes details of the event at which I am invited to work, and the precise expectations of me at the event. Second, Fees and Expenses are discussed, negotiated if necessary, and finalized. Third, I provide the Client with a check-list of my requirements, consistent with the details already agreed on. In the event of air transportation, I will make my own arrangements for return transportation from home to airport, and for return air transportation from my base in Florida to the event. The Client will arrange for ground transportation to an from the airport closest to the event venue. Fourth a contract detailing all that has been agreed on is signed and a deposit covering all Speaker expenses and 25% of Speaker's fees is made. Fifth, contact between Speaker and Client is maintained prior to the event for the purpose of providing updates and any information that would assist the Speaker to do as excellent a job as is humanly possible.
