- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with customer to gain clear understanding of their preference of theme, budget, food, location. I make sure the customer feels confident with my ability to provide the services requested. I then offer several options via customized quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned to cook and bake from my grandparents. That's also where my love for cooking began. There was always a family gathering with lots of food. Soon, I was elected to make most of the side dishes and desserts. I later began cooking for friends and colleagues and they loved it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small, intimate gatherings of 10 and up to 100+. Young adults, children, and bake senior citizens of diverse ethnicity.
