- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ActiveFIT Physical Therapy accepts Insurance, including Medicare, Cigna, United Health Care (UHC), Auto Insurance, and Private Pay with Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Check, and Cash. We offer Discount Packages to Private Pay Patients based on Number of Treatments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ActiveFIT offers FREE 15 Minute Consultations by phone or in person to New Customers who have questions about whether or not they need Physical Therapy. We recommend writing down a list of questions, comments, and concerns BEFORE calling or attending your FREE 15 Minute Consultation in order to maximize your time. An appointment is required. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Ratree Lertkitcharoenpon earned her Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from Khon Kaen University- Fac of Medicine- Khon Kaen- Thailand in 1991 and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from University of South Florida in 2015. Dr. Ratree Lertkitcharoenpon is certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized program for Parkinson's patients and patients with balance issues. Dr. Lertkitcharoenpon is trained and experienced in pain management and strengthening through manual therapy, exercise, myofascial release, ultrasound, and MPS therapy (Microcurrent Point Stimulation used to treat patients with Neuropathy).
