- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! I typically book events in four 4 hour blocks. (Example 7pm to 11pm) I am willing to work with my clients to fit their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consider my client my friends. I try to be very assessable and listen to their needs. I like to meet new client face to face for the first time. It gives us time to know each other and prepare for the event. I also give unlimited phone support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Mass communication, with 25 years in the entertainment business.
