- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of course there are rules of thumb to giving estimates. However in our experience we have found it best to visit the premises, get a full picture of what you are trying to accomplish and then give a full, accurate and fair quote with no surprises later on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From start to finish we pride ourselves with outstanding customer service. From the first day that we submit a quote through the walk through of the completion of the project. First we will schedule a phone call to get some basic information about your project. Second we will schedule a half hour consultation at your location for measurements etc. Third, we will schedule the project start date. Lastly we will schedule our final walk through to ensure everything is satisfactory and according to your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Originally from the Northeast I was involved in a family run General Contracting Business, from painting to major remodels. We now look forward to providing south Florida with the same outstanding service that I have done for many years.
