- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will spend a short amount of time to quickly assess what the client's needs are and the best solution for attacking the situation. From there I will give an estimate for the amount of time it would take to complete the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Accounting and have worked as such for 37 years. My career has taken me as far afield as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have worked for multi-national firms as well as several companies in the New York metropolitan area.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The customer should always weigh the long-term benefit of hiring an accounting professional against a short-term solution. Repetitive tasks might wind up being dealt with more economically with in-house capability.
