FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An initial 30 minutes on the phone is always free to determine if a virtual consultant is a good fit. After this, 3 hours of discovery at a cost of $100 is required. This time can be broken up or in one setting, the purpose of which is to explore and discuss in greater detail service needs. A developed structure for service pricing has been created that includes project based, hourly, and subscriptions depending on the type of servicing that develops. Hourly fees range from $65 - $150. Discounts for veterans and senior citizens are available. Travel in excess of 40 miles requires $5,000 in generated fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to offer the first 30 minutes of my time free to decide with the customer if a virtual consultant is a good fit. After that, an initial 3 hour discovery at a discounted cost of $100 is required before proceeding forward with any project or customized service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extraordinary variety of professional training as a Business Analyst, Senior Accountant, and University Educator. My particular strengths lie in business systems and related analytics, project planning and life cycle support, and facilitating enthusiasm for life long learning. I also teach Corporate Accounting/Market Review/Tax to non-traditional students at a near by Private University. If you would like to understand the basics in a particular topic of my expertise, I would naturally enjoy that conversation very much.
