As a complete yoga beginner, Rachel was very understanding and an excellent instructor. I really enjoyed her sessions and felt like I made a lot of progress under her guidance.

Rachel taught at my studio in Seattle. She was always positive, ready to help students and a wonderful teacher. She will make an awesome addition to any studio she teaches at. She has a radiant attitude and you just feel good being around her!
