- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a policy. That is no matter what. It is important that my customers must pay $15.00 to my truck for traveling expended. I need to maintain petro so that I can get to the next job. Other than that depending on the position we are in, my services can possably be negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is make sure I leave on schedule. So that I be early to the job site. Second of all I bring professional curtisy. Intruduction and a handshake. With a greeting. Allways make sure there is eye contact. I do make sure that one thought is on my mind.it's not the customer that's trying sell. Its me I am trying to sell.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have safety trainig, from more than one places. I worked with laborready. Had to take a safety test, before I got sent to job assignments. The another safety class, in Warmsprings Or. Then again. More recently, at Begin Right staffing. And then once more through laborworks. I have been trained in framing. I have oprentice level electrical. oprentice level floor covering. Oprentice level concrete. Oprentice level plumbing. Plus I do minor auto machanics, landscaping, I also have been trained on how to operate forklift.
