Embodied Counseling

Introduction: I offer couples counseling and individual psychotherapy services. I use family systems therapy, somatics, and follow the principles of emotionally focused couples work. I work with movement and the body using a somatic and process-oriented approach. In addition, I work with symbolic methods (dreamwork, expressive arts therapy, psychodrama, Gestalt, and movement therapy). I have a background in John Bradshaw's nationally acclaimed teachings on the inner child, codependency, and healing toxic shame with a humanistic, transpersonal, and family systems perspective to heal trauma and addiction. Helping people feels better about their lives and relationships.
